“Clockwork for Oracles”

Here’s  a  look at Clockwork For Oracles,  Ugo Rondinone’s  pensive, introspective,  commentary on space and time, currently showing at the Boston ICA. It consists of a wall of colored mirrored windows on a background wall of white washed sheets of the Boston Globe newspaper.  Channah Barkhordari says of  it in the Berkely Beacon,  “The beautiful mystery of time is immeasurably, or measureably, maintained.” and of the mirrors, ” they uncover the human relationship to time, felt interpersonally and spiritually. ”   As for myself I am completely enchanted by the photography  alone, spending hours on Flickr, totally entranced. Oh, for a day at the museum.
